Precision That Cuts Above the Rest.
A single blade off by a fraction can slow down your entire line — tearing instead of cutting, costing you time, materials, and money. That’s why Edgemills builds precision-engineered blades that become part of your process. Whether you’re slitting paper, slicing rubber, trimming packaging, or delivering precision for surgical materials, every blade is built for one outcome: consistent, reliable performance under pressure.
We didn’t start Edgemills to sell blades. We started it because we saw too many manufacturers held back by the very tools meant to keep them moving. Short-lived knives. Poor tolerances. Slow lead times. In industries where every cut counts, that wasn’t good enough. So a team of engineers and machinists came together in Houston with one goal: to build cutting tools that perform like part of the machine.
Today, Edgemills crafts precision blades for some of the world’s most demanding industries, including food processing, packaging, plastics, rubber, metal, and even medical devices. Whether you need an OEM match or a completely custom blade, we manufacture to exact specs, using premium materials like tool steel, HSS, tungsten carbide, and more.
Tough textures, abrasive materials. Our blades are built for clean, accurate slitting and trimming of woven textiles, rubber sheets, and industrial fabrics.
Steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys demand precision. Our shear and slitter blade knives hold tolerances, offer clean cuts, minimal burrs, and long wear life in industrial applications.
Clean cuts mean clean energy. We engineer burr-free blades for slicing electrode sheets, separators, and casings. Our blades deliver accuracy and surface quality.
Blades that balance hygiene with performance. We supply stainless, food-safe knives for trimming, dicing, and portioning meat, seafood, cheese, and more.
For converting, rewinding, or slitting, our blades cut sharp, clean lines across all paper grades. Our Cutting knife has durable edges and precise geometry.
From films and foils to foam and board, our packaging blades offer clean shearing and repeatable cuts. They help reduce waste and maintain line speed in high-output environments.
Whether cutting rigid plastics or thin films, we deliver Cutting Knives and blades that cut stretch, reduce static, and improve cut quality. This ensures uptime, consistency, and clean edge integrity.
At Edgemills, we build more than just blades; we build trust. Our team of skilled engineers and technicians is committed. We deliver precision-ground, long-lasting knives designed for real-world performance and reliability.
Our blades don’t jam, tear, or hesitate. They cut clean, fast, and stay that way under pressure.
Steel, aluminum, or alloys, we match the cut to the challenge, and the edge holds up.
We’ve been using Edgemills for a while now, probably close to two years, and honestly, their blades just work. The carbide slitter ones? Solid. Way better than what we had before. Plus, their team is easy to deal with. No fuss, just good blades that last.

I’ll say this, the blades do what they’re supposed to, and that’s huge for us. Clean cuts, no weird edges. And when we had questions, their engineer actually picked up and walked us through it. Website’s a bit clunky, but they’re fast to help, so it works.
